Emergency: common questions

What should I do if my pet ate something poisonous?

Call us straight away on +971 56 884 5499. Don't try to make your pet vomit unless a vet tells you to, and bring the packaging or a photo of what they ate.

What should I do if my pet has heatstroke?

Move your pet into the shade or air-conditioning, wet their body with cool (not ice-cold) water, offer small sips of water and call us on the way. Heatstroke can be life-threatening even if your pet seems to recover.

Can I reach a vet outside opening hours?

Yes. A vet is on call 24/7 on the same number, +971 56 884 5499. Call and we'll tell you how quickly we can see your pet.
