Grooming: common questions
Do you groom cats as well as dogs?
Yes, we groom both cats and dogs, and we take extra care to keep cats calm.
How often should my pet be groomed?
Long-haired dogs and cats usually need grooming every 4 to 8 weeks. Short-coated pets need it less often, but regular nail trims and ear cleaning still help.
What if my pet's coat is very matted?
Badly matted fur can pull on the skin, so the kindest option is sometimes to clip it short and let it grow back. We'll always talk to you first.
